Wasim Akram and his wife Shaniera Akram celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary on Monday, August 19, in a very cute way possible. The Australian social worker who has been living in Pakistan, Shaniera shared a hilarious post on the ‘X’ that caught everyone’s eye.
In a tongue-in-cheek, Shaniera showed her photoshopping skills as she shared an edited snap of Wasim Akram completely bald and with super-long beard paired with the cheeky caption: “11 Years on you’re looking just as good as the day I met you …….. While the couple displayed their strong chemistry and love for each other, Shaniera none-the-less created a playful post showing off her cheeky side.
In an emotional message, Shaniera — Akram’s second wife since the death of his first wife Huma from multiple organ failure in 2009— opened up about her profound love for her husband. Thanks for you, and everything Fynes Designs! You are everything to me, and 11 years in you still look the same as when we met. You haven’t changed a bit!” she wrote, which added another layer of humanity rather than just humor to a post.
In return, Wasim Akram who is among the highest wicket-taker in International Cricket Thanked Kapil Dev with a lot of warmth but also became more emotional. To which the handsome actor made a loving tribute to his wife, writing: “Happy anniversary love of my life. Your presence made me better. You are the gift that keeps on giving — and not just to me, but all those about you. Your energy is just so intoxicating.. you spread nothing but positivity & light through out and everywhere you go. Thus, I really appreciate you and God Almighty for being in my world husband-wife-best-friend “.
Shaniera, who is always present when making a case in her typically breeding tone without doubt did share another tweet eventually showing an updated image of the pair simply saying; Ok ok well i will be nice here is a much more current pic haha! @wasimakramlive, I fall in love with you more every day….at any look but keep the smile please ❤️❤️ Miss my babies! The pair, who met in Melbourne in 2011 and got married two years later have one child together (born in 2014). Their anniversary posts on social media not only signify their love and dedication for one another but also that they know how to poke fun with each other.
